The Pacific Cascade Big Band, created in June 2008, is a 19-piece jazz band consisting of enthusiastic and talented musicians from diverse backgrounds, united in their love of that wonderful “big band” sound. The PCBB plays swing music from the big band era in the 1930’s-1950’s, along with some more contemporary pieces … all in a lively, enjoyable, and upbeat way. The group performs at public parks, mall stages, clubs, retirement homes and other venues in the greater Seattle area. Come listen in and join the fun!
